What’s New?

We are working with the region's "thought leaders" in the evolving area of Stormwater Management and Green Infrastructure.

On June 5th, Read sponsored an educational seminar "Current Trends in Stormwater Management" at the UNH Stormwater Center in Durham, NH.

Currently we are developing new Bioretention Soil blends for testing that will be available in 2019.

Tuning up our Westford Blending Facility

We have big plans for our Westford facility.

Here's our first production run of GREEN sand for divot repairs. We are beginning production of a wide range of engineered soil products in Westford so we can offer better value and delivery service to the Boston area and northern New England.

Trail Construction Training

Read Custom Soils is proud to have been invited to participate in the Unpaved Trail Construction Training held at Minute Man Park  in Lexington, sponsored by the National Park Service. We donated material and lead two workshops that focused on the best practices for trail construction using Stabilized Stonedust.

Stabilized stonedust being delivered to the Battle Road in Lexington.

We believe that part of our job is education. We offer innovative solutions and we have a lot of product knowledge to share. For this reason we offer “Lunch & Learn” programs for landscape designers and engineers; just get a group together in a room and we will buy lunch!
